Tucked into the woodlands of Kennebunkport, Emi & Will’s wedding weekend at Hidden Pond was a heartfelt, joy-filled celebration of love, family, and thoughtful design. As photographers and videographers, we had the honor of documenting every beautifully curated detail—from the cozy, candlelit welcome dinner to the energy and emotion of their tented wedding day. The weekend kicked off with cocktails by the pool at Earth, followed by a delicious indoor dinner filled with laughter, toasts that brought tears, and a late-night spread of donuts, ice cream, and comfort food that kept the celebration going well into the evening.

The weather may have brought rain, but it only added to the atmosphere. The clear-top frame tents—nestled between the trees—felt like a dreamy forest retreat. Lani Toscano’s team brought Emi & Will’s vision to life with an elevated coastal-modern design: textured linens, a custom dusty blue bar, crisp white florals, and thoughtful touches like custom cocktail napkins and outdoor umbrellas that added extra charm. It was the perfect setting for a luxury Maine wedding weekend that felt both intimate and elevated.

On the wedding day, the ceremony was filled with genuine emotion as Emi & Will exchanged vows they wrote themselves, reflecting on every chapter of their story. Their bond with Emi’s niece and nephew added a layer of sweetness to the day, and one of the most touching moments came during the father-of-the-bride’s welcome toast, when he shared a collection of shells and trinkets Emi had gathered since childhood—a beautiful reminder of how deeply rooted love and memories can be.
