Sarah & Lucas’ wedding at Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes, California, was a destination celebration full of meaning, beauty, and heartfelt connection. While we always value the relationships we form with our couples, this one was especially personal—Amanda and Lucas grew up together, sharing memories from childhood through high school. Getting to witness and document his wedding day, surrounded by familiar faces and lifelong friends, was such a full-circle moment.

 

Set against the stunning backdrop of the Terranea Resort’s oceanfront cliffs, the day blended West Coast charm with Italian-inspired elegance. Designed by the incredibly talented XO Kate Events, the aesthetic featured lush, bright blooms, tables adorned with fresh fruits and vegetables, and signature spritz cocktails to toast the couple’s love. Guests dined and danced under the California sky, and one of the most memorable touches was the vintage port served with cake—a bottle the bride’s parents had lovingly saved since the year she was born in anticipation of this very day. It was a wedding full of intention, love, and unforgettable views—everything we love to capture.
