Home is where the heart is. It's where your family spends the most time connecting and sharing quality time together. This is why I love documenting in home family lifestyle sessions.

As the weather begins to grow colder each passing day here in Maine, I wanted to share some inspiration for the winter months if you're looking to capture your family during this season of life. I encourage you do not wait for the warm golden sunset (although beautiful) your home is equally a beautiful space to be photographed and likely has way more meaning and comfort.

We can gravitate towards a light filled room, dance in the kitchen, bake some cookies, snuggle on the couch, jump on the bed, play together, laugh together, just be. This is such a beautiful way to document your family.
