Life With The Libbys | Summer Book Recommendations

summer book recommendations

My 'Recently Read' series has been one of my favorites on the blog. I love seeing what other friends and creators are reading. The past few years I've challenged myself to read more - starting each day and night with a book. I'm currently finishing up my 20th book of the year and have found myself turning to books over social media and TV and it truly feels so good to disconnect and get lost in a story.

I've been reading so many good new releases lately but I wanted to share some favorite summer themed reads for anyone looking to pick up a new book for the season. As you can tell, I may have a favorite author and genre style.

If you're not already, you need to follow @beachreadsandbubbly because she is my go-to book influencer.

What are you reading this summer?  I'm currently finishing up Maybe Once, Maybe Twice and Emily Henry's new release Funny Story is next on my list.
