With that being said - it can be over whelming to know where to start or where to turn when you need some help. We truly believe in community over competition so today I'm sharing all of our favorite resources that help us run our business more smoothly.

This is our starting point in our post process photo workflow that allows us to cull our images quickly & efficiently.

Our go-to platform we use to share our galleries with clients. We love using the favorites list capability to share proofing galleries and the print store is such an easy way to sell to clients.

Our go-to for music licensing for our films.

From Lightroom, Premiere, and Photoshop to InDesign and Illustrator. We take advantage of the full creative cloud suite.

Don't forget to back your sh*t up (again & again). We always back our files up onto multiple external hard drives but we wanted to make sure our files were also being stored in the cloud. We use BackBlaze which runs in the background of your computer and automatically backs up your files without you having to spend hours uploading. You can easily view/restore your files online if needed.


We've been using quickbooks for years to track our income, expenses, and mileage. We love that it allows us to add our accountant into our portal making tax season a breeze.

We're so happy we locked in a lifetime membership with Honeybook when they first came out. It has completely changed the way we run our business. This client interface allows us to send proposals including contracts and invoicing. No more asking your clients to print, sign, and mail contracts and checks. If you're looking to up your client experience - this is a great way to do it. We also love the workflow feature that allows us to send templated emails and questionnaires at scheduled times. They offer so many more features that we are just starting to explore and we definitely think it's worth checking out.

Our go-to Instagram scheduler. We love this especially because we can upload our images from the desktop and mobile app.

We love using Unfold to create branded stories for Instagram. You can import your brand assets like fonts, colors, and logos to use in their already established templates.

Don't underestimate the power of email marketing. Just a friendly reminder that you do not own your social media platforms but you DO own your email list! We use FloDesk to send beautiful emails using their templates and customization options.

We have created countless websites using Wix and we find it's customization super user friendly and intuitive.

Looking for help with running payroll? Gusto is so easy to use and has many options for businesses of different sizes. We also love that we can include our accountant in our portal..
