Nicole & Sean's Maine Lighthouse Wedding

When I first showed up to Nicole & Sean's wedding day, there was Nicole sitting on the front porch of the cabin, reading a book and soaking up the sunshine. I don't know if I have ever seen a more relaxed bride.

I remember thinking to myself, this is what I want my wedding to. be like.

As the girls put on their bridesmaid dresses I began to fall deeper in love with Nicole's vision. The mix-match colors and textures are totally my jam - and my absolute favorite color palette. Then she put on her gorgeous blush gown and I was in heaven.

I loved every detail about this day - including this couple.

When I arrived at the ceremony and saw Sean for the first time that day, he hugged me and said something that will stick with me forever. He told me how sorry he was that I had lost my father. Guys, this was months after my Dad had passed - and HIS wedding day. Yet, he went out of his. way to show his condolences to me.

I feel so grateful that I get to meet such genuine and amazing people AND have the opportunity to be a part of such a special day in their life. Sure, we all love the pretty pictures and details. But the reason I love my job the most - is the people I get to work with. The stories I get to capture.

I feel forever grateful to know N&S and to capture their wedding day. It truly was so beautiful in every day.
